Chunky Salsa Preparation Instructions


This is a recipe for a chunky salsa. This is served in most all Mexican restaurants, and is also widely available in food stores usually sold in the glass jar. You'll like this salsa served on burritos, tacos, and other main dishes. And it's also great with just a plate of your favorite tortilla chips.

The ingredients you'll be using for this chunky salsa include 2 medium plum tomatillos, 1 large onion, cilantro to taste, and salt to taste.

Chop up the onion, tomatillo, and cilantro as show in the video.
