At 80 pages, and in order to give you the most recipes possible, they don't take up a large amount of space with photos. Roughly 10 percent of the pages have color photos of the recipes. This allows the publisher to include nearly 150 Mexican recipes and stay inside the 80 page book.
While, for the most part, the book is almost 100 % recipes, it has some other useful features which I'll explain now.
- Introduction
- Mexican Ingredient Guide
The book has a nice introduction to Mexican cooking and recipes. If you're at all interested in the history of Mexican cuisine, you'll enjoy this intro.
